Oldest to youngest. At our Family Service on 6th October, Josie Foster's newest grandson made his first appearance, aged just a few days! He is pictured here (behind his sleeves!) with his dad, Joseph, together with Joan Dearle, the oldest member of our congregation who was shortly to celebrate her 91st birthday. They are joined by Churchwarden Emeritus, Eileen MacCaig. Image courtesy of Charles Waldron 6th October 2019.

He drew on a reference to harvest in "Larkrise to Candleford" to illustrate how agriculture has changed since 19th century but that our dependence on God and His abundant harvest remain the same today.
